Chris and his team were phenomenal! Prompt, professional, courteous, respectful and, above all else, a wonderful job remediating our home of asbestos. Would highly recommend and would absolutely use this team again if we need!

I've been sick for over six years. Through testing at Wellness Way of Grand Rapids, Dr. Gates discovered that I had a high level of mold (Aspergillus and Penicillium) in my body. He told me there had to be mold in my home and strongly recommended Next Gen Remediation. Within 20 minutes of our appointment, Chris found the mold-just six feet from where I always sat in our lower-level family room, under the carpet. This was only one of four areas of black mold discovered.

I ended up needing a whole-house remediation due to cross-contamination and HVAC contamination. Chris and his crew were truly sent from God as my physical angels-I wholeheartedly believe this. It was the most difficult season, a time filled with uncertainty. The Next Gen crew was confident in their profession, working hard and in unison. My husband and I were very impressed with NexGen Remediation! I called on a weekend after I had located material in our restoration house project I was concerned had asbestos and Chris answered and scheduled to come himself that Monday. I appreciated that he let me know what his ETA was going to be, and he was extremely helpful and gave us so much good information about asbestos and to stay safe. He was very professional but also friendly and helpful. He tested a few different areas he thought may have asbestos and also gave some tips for us cleaning mold if we run into it as we work on our house. I always love a company that seems like they're looking out for my best interest and not just trying to make a sale or upsell their service. I was extremely glad I had ended up choosing NexGen to call and would highly recommend working with them!

Chris was great to work with. We were in the middle of a demo when our contractor said he was concerned about asbestos. Chris came out the next day and was so helpful. Highly recommend!!

Chris is a great guy to do business with. We had a serious mold issue throughout our home due to excessive humidity in the house. He came out and gave us an estimate then a few days later him and his crew spent the day spraying, disinfecting and cleaning the mold spores, with exceptional care in the unfinished basement. He gave us the info we needed to keep the mold away. He was very professional and a great guy to chat with. His prices are super reasonable and he gets the work done in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend NexGen and absolutely call him future services if needed.

Prices are fair, they worked with me to make sure the job got done. They did the job quickly and didnt leave a mess. Very down to earth, good people. They removed mold from my basement, attic and bathroom. Highly recommend!!!
